Importing Trees into OpenTreeMap

Have exiting geo-coded tree inventory data? If you are an administrator on a tree map, you can import a large number of trees at one time using the bulk uploader system.

We've put together detailed instructions on how to organize your data for easy upload into OpenTreeMap. Before importing trees, it is important to confirm that the species included in your tree inventory are available on the species list for your tree map. If not, you must first add new species using the species import feature on the Bulk Uploader management page.
