When you add users to your Tree Map, they are assigned to the public role by default. You may change the role a user is assigned to at any time - even before they have accepted an invitation to join your Tree Map.
To assign users to new roles, select "Manage" from the navigation bar at the top. Then click on "Users" in the Administration menu on the left to see the list of your invited and existing Tree Map users.
Use the drop down menu next to each user to select the appropriate User Role.
After you are done assigning roles, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update User Roles" to save your changes.
